Academics.
A research study published in the Journal of Neurotherapy showed neurofeedback was more effective in improving scores on reading tests than no neurofeedback training. There were significant interactions between neurofeedback and time on basic reading. Neurofeedback training was more effective in improving both the Verbal and Full Scale IQ scores than no neurofeedback training. There was a significant interaction between neurofeedback and time on Verbal IQ and on Full Scale IQ as well. The results support the hypothesis that neurofeedback training is effective in improving reading quotients.

Testimonial:
“Homework time was a constant struggle between my son and I so I sought out neurofeedback to see if it would help. I was willing to try anything so academics would come a little bit easier. Unbelievably, after the first session, there was a noticeable difference in homework time. My son did his homework on his own! He even started and finished a project that he was avoiding — on the same night. Whenever I feel him slipping, we go back for another session.”
“Our daughter’s SAT scores were not as high as we were hoping. She attended classes but the improvements were not nearly as significant as they were once we added the neurofeedback training.”

Sports.
Many athletes including NFL quarterbacks, olympic skiers and golf pros have turned to neurofeedback to help reprogram their brains so they can reach a zone of relaxed concentration during clutch situations. In fact, a sports psychologist to a number of top golfers says neurofeedback will one day be the norm for PGA Tour pros. Neurofeedback is beginning to emerge as a tool for pro and amateur athletes alike. Neurofeedback can be used to enhance performance for athletes from almost every sport. Currently several professional sports franchises employ neurofeedback experts to help their players gain an added advantage. The procedure is also ideal for younger athletes who are just starting to excel in theirsport. Neurofeedback can help guide these athletes in the right direction – helping to reinforce good work habits and practice regimens.
